This problem is about missing setup email option on your BlackBerry 8100. Basically this happen when you want to setup email on your BlackBerry. You can fix this missing setup email icon by refreshing your BlackBerry. Here are the procedures:
You can do the procedure above when the Internet Browser disappears or freezing icon when selected.
- Go to Phone and Device Support | Learn how to setup and use your cell phone | AT&T, formerly Cingular
- Select your Blackberry device model and press Next
- Press download for v4.2.1.154 (Multilanguage) It may be a newer version.
- Continue the Wizard until the download starts. This is a 75mb file.
- Install the file with your Blackberry connected and follow the on-screen instructions.
