Problems in setting up your BlackBerry Email 9650. It happens when you try to add a POP3 email address but suddenly it hung up on “username”. That message means that you need to setup an account via the device email settings first.
Check also your BlackBerry Data Plan properly. Call the Customer Service number for your phone service carrier. Don't to the store. Tell them that you need the BlackBerry Internet Service data plan set upon on your account.
If you do have the proper data plan, then I suspect the problem is that your carrier doesn't sell that device and thus you do not have the proper service books. If that's the case, then you will need to find the generic service books and load them manually. Not sure if they are available for your carrier, however,
